Kitchen/dining room remodel. remove wall to make combined kitchen and dining room. alter double doors to align with center of sitting room. kitchen layout to remain the same.

Interior scope only - the removal and filling in of 2 two doors in the kitchen and opening a new opening in a wall separating the kitchen and living room

Unit #3: interior scope only - remodel of (e) kitchen and bathroom. rebuilt kitchen in same location and rebuilt restroom in same location. reconfigured clsoets in primary/guest bedrooms.

Remodel (e) single family house. primary scope includes addition of a batheroom and closet to the primary bedroom at the rear of the house increasing the house by 73sf. the proposed modificationa are not visible from the street. proposed is fully within (e) setbacks & we are not in need of variance.

Revision to pa #202403228450. removal of added scope on ground floor. removal of reclassification of rooms on main floor.

To comply w nov 202311653. restoration for existing single family damaged by fire. roof and ext wall in rear needs to be rapiared. int is gutted and needs to be rebuilt like for like with new electrical, plumbing and gyp walls. new windows in existing openings, new appliances & fixtures. new bath.

Remodel 3 story apt/3 units: demo (e) interior, reconfigure walls, combine laundry room w/ kitchen, add bathroom per unit, remove wall to combine kitchen/dining. add closet to create bedroom, net bedrooms remains the same.
