To comply with nov #202431292. remove (e) non load bearing partitions at (e) kitchen & bedroom. remodel (e) kitchen including (n) sink & plumbing. add (n) bathroom with lavatory, water closet & drop in tub/shower. replace (e) bathtub, water closet & lavatory (e) bathroom with new layout.

Replace e) storefront window system at front in-kind. replace e) section door w/ n) section door. replace falling second fl concrete exterior lightwell wall w/ n) wall. add plywood & re-root e) roof accessibility improvement (structural work roof framing). new front entry landing & ramp.

Upgrade electrical service. concrete pad and supporting structure for (n) electrical equipment. accessiblity improvement- float & finish (n) accessible landing at (e) restroom; new accessible grab bar & toilet paper dispenser @ restroom.

Revision to 201806283250 front facade, remove 1 window, change direction of stair railing from vertival to hotizontal. change material and direction of rain screen on front facade. no change in bldg or height. no structural work
