Rev to pa# 2025-0604-7861: relocate to garage add penisular at kitchen

2/f and 3/f repair fire damages - replace fire damaged studs and front wall covering. replace fire damaged roof joists, ceiling joists, roof sheathing and gyp-board. rebuild 2 bathrooms and repair electrical wiring.
