Addition of a new roof deck on the 9th lvl or 8th floor roof converting this level to an occupied roof deck as amentity to the commercial office. new 735 sf roof deck, roof deck planters, egress paths, perimeter guard rails, new 2-stop elevator for accessibility & extending two mstairs to roof.
