Interior renovation to include: (n) closet in bedroom 3. (n) laundry room, (n) kitchen appliances, (n) shower finish. replace rear door and window due to dryrot.

A) remove (e) delaminating/sparkling brick facade @ floors 2 & 3 along the east & south facades. and make repairs to building substrate at those locations as required. b) provide new 3 coat cement plaster finishes @ floors 2 & 3 w/ waterproofing, flashing, building paper, wire mesh reinforcements.
