Revision to pa #202511189862: new structural reinforcement and foundation work to address existing work.

Repair stringer beam. this permit is a revision to 20250408-3969. new 8x11.5 both sides. updated drawings for 4x4 and simpson connector.

Revision to pa# 202508153185 & 202502240980. replace rotted wall studs and posts per plan.

5th fl unit 24 existing window: infill with 6" fully grouted concrete masonry units. reinforce masonry infill with #4 bars as required for anchorage. apply parge coat to exterior surface and paint to match existing. finish interior surface with gypsum board to match existing.

Provide new foundation below (e) timber columns and wood framed walls as shown on as 100. remove and replace indicated timber post in kind. provide new post base connections cast into new column footings. remove and replace damaged region of (e) mudsill

Unit 311 and 314 balcony repairs - sister severely deteriorated framing. repair minor deterioration with woodepox or approved equivalent. replace full stucco soffit vents.

Units 10 & 12: balcony repairs on joists, macoat application. repair cracker and loose stucco. replace deteriorated guard post at unit 10. replace deteriorated plywood decking and concrete toppings.

Remodel existing storage room to meet requirements for use as a trash room.

Replace (e) column to girder connection plates. fill in holes with wood pox. reinforce (e) fractured wood girder and adjacent girder in basement storage room with sistered steel plates.

Unit 1 & 5: front balconies repair. sister deteriorated joists repair loose guardrail base connection

Remove guard rail post up to specified rust level. new wood blocking at guard rail post. install new post connection. remove corrosion off stringer geam. seal off openings with sealant.
