Revision to issued permit pa#202608116369. additional steps and landing for replacement deck at the rear of the building.

Replace in kind (e) failing wood deck and stairs at the rear of building. same size and location.

New adu first floor using state program sec. 65852.2. adu will incl. new bedrm, kitchen, bathrm, & living rm. new deck on grade to rear. (e) rear steps and landing will be relocated. 2 (e) windows & door at rear will be replaced. (e) kitchen at 2/f remodel in-kind.

Remove (2) closets to remodel the existing kitchen, the full bathroomm on the second floor will be remodel"in-kind". a small 12 sq ft pop out at the rear of the second floor will be removed. (1) door and (2) windows will be replaced on the rear wall. (2) new skylights will be added.

Comply w/ nov #200343204 & 201786691: legalize (e) unauthorized unit at rear of g/f. new studio includes kitchen & full bathroom. replace (e) unauthorized unit on 3/f w/ new unit with kitchen/bathroom converting the garage with ordinace 43-14. unoccupied 3/f will merged back (e) 2/f unit.

Replace existing brick foundation with new concrete foundation and add 1 bathroom downstairs.

Enclose 120 sf below an e) floor above the rear of the bldg. new addition will included a full bath & study. e) wood stair at rear will be reconfigured. all windows & exterior doors will be replaced, all exterior siding will be replaced

1/f - the project will condition an (e) 518 sq.ft storage area to a new bedroom, laundry area, and full bathroom. the (e) interior stairs will be relocated. 2 bathrooms and 3 closets on 2/f will be remodeled. one new door and one new window will replace 2 (e) windows at 1/f, rear of building.

1/f: revision to permit 201902203327. the revision will include a new sink and interior door in the mudroom.

New 456 sq ft deck to the (e) lower roof. new roof deck will be accessed by a new set of interior stairs at 2nd fl. one new window and one new door will be added to the north elevation

The project will reconfigure existing restrooms to provide a new accessible restroom and accessible path of travel for the existing 1st flr restaurant. the project slope of work is limited to accesible barrior removal only.

Remove (e) exterior wood stairs. new deck & stairs protected by fire rated wall at property line at the rear of the building

Legalize (e) dwelling unit on ground flr/1st flr, 644 sqft unit with 1-bedroom, living room, 1-bathroom, closets and a kitchen. (e) furnaces and water heater relocated to garage. project will not expand building envelope and no work at the front of building.

The project will "repair-in-kin: an existing single family dwelling with fire damage. existing exterior siding and windows will be peplaced in kind. partial flr framing and foundation will be replaced. permit will abate nov 202423298 (2 front window to be alum-clad wood)

Revision to pa# 202404039210: to address nov# 202427666 - to replace ailing framing, sheathing, and stucco along south, west, and 2'-o of north wall. interior floor framing andr ceiling joists will be replaced at bedrooms.

The permit will merge an unoccupied storefront at 509 valencia st with an (e) restaurant at 3091 16th st. the scope of work is limited to "barrier removal work only" and will reconfigure (e) partition walls/restrooms to provide a new accessible restroom and accessible path of travel. signage and...

Unit 5 on 1/f: remodel from a 2 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom to a 3 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms. (5) windows on the rear and side will be replaced. the existing entry stairs will be relocated. no expansion to the subject building.

G/f: new 302 sq.ft will include a new bedroom and closet with new interior stairs to the 2/f. (1) new pair of doors and (1) window on rear g/f. the project will enclose 22 sq.ft of exterior space at the g/f below the existing 2/f.

Rear building: remodel including demolition & construction. new dwelling unit (adu) per california gov code sec 65852.2. add new unit at (e) rear house included bedroom, bathroom, living & kitchen.
