Voluntary structural improvement to (e) pergola footing

Create new adu in basement ord. 162-16 ab1114. infill (e) lightwell. relocate (e) stair from street level to upper floor to connect to main house. create new stair from street level to new basement adu. earth shoring is required under a separate permit.

Revision to pa#202407247150, 202406043648 and 202207128251 to address undersized floor framing discovered at 3rd floor sunroom.

Interior kitchen & bathroom remodel. add (n) powerder room @ 1st fl; (n) primary bath @ 2nd fl; replace (e) patio @ dining rm; partial exterior stucco & window replacement to address water damage; exterior stucco and windows to be replaced in kind

(n) 6'-0 high fence at side property line, 10'-0" h fence at rear property line, (n) paving and planter at rear yard, outdoor kitchen with propane griddle and pizza oven and sink at rear yard.

Revision to pa# 202109138255 &202302021218 & 202212017453. shown as-built plans. revising title 24 sheets due to change in mechanical system. removal of the ductless mini split.

Revision to pa# 202207269321, remove exterior stucco cladding at the north end of bldg. north side of east & west facade, and full north facade. install new waterproofing membrane and stucco finish to match existing.

Addition of new deck and stairway to backyard from second level. new fire wall and fence along property line. new door at 2nd flr to access deck. structural upgrades at kitchen. no chnag to maximum path of travel or egress patch.

Excavation & foundation replacement,all doors & windows, interior remodel throughout, n roof above 2nd flr bedroom, n interior stair to replace extg, n exterior infill addition below extg cantilevered rm on 2nd flr, n reconfigured patio at rear yard, & n exterior facade finish at rear yard.

All work on 2nd floor. remodel primary bedroom, closet and study. no new windows/exterior doors.
