Remodel kitchen, bathroom. add one bathroom and 1/2 bathroom on 2nd flr. 1st add 2 full bathroom, 2 bedroom, 2 family room. replacing all windows. 2nd flr reconfigure stairs.

1st fl: add 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 bar & living room. 2nd fl: reconfigure kitchen & bath. add half bath. exterior: replace staircase.

Replace water damaged subpanel, cmu slope to drain, footing & sill plate, extend gutter drain to rear, enlarge interior footing. foundation replacement along south exterior wall.

Construct interior stairwell, 1-hour firewall & door

Legailize structure at 2nd fl. add & remove windows & doors. convert a deck to a (n) study and bath @ 2nd fl. add window & wall below deck. construct new staircase in rear

Revision to 202110221022. add elevator and minor floor plan layout change

2nd fl. relocation of (e) bath room and (e) laundry & dryer, remodeling kitchen, 1 bedroom, add 1 shower in (e) half bath (total 2 bathrooms). replace flooring and wall furnance, (v.i.f.) smoke detectors amd carbon monoxide

Comply with 201722084, construct 2 storage rooms at gr fl sprinklers & fire alarm on seperate permit.

Relocate laundry room, (e) storage space to remain. add sprial stairs to connect with second floor unit. compliance with maher ordinance no 155-13 not required.

Remodel bathrooms on 2nd floor, relocate kitchen in both units. add one master bath on third floor. remove portion of load bearing wall on third floor. replace windowsw in kind (19 each on 2nd floor and 3rd floor), in the rear of units, not visible from the street.

Change existing ground floor utility room into garage. no other work. new garage needs to be fully sprinkler in accordance with nfpa 13 under separate application.

Replace single lay roofing with base layer, replace main hold, repair roof deck (50 sq ft) with 5/8" thick plywood
