Install a (n) shear wall between line b&d. install a new 4x4 x20' strut along line b w/ 2x block over strut between joists. add a new shear wall between back end of bay window and line #4. supplement beam to post connection along line d in the middle of garage.

Perform a voluntary seismic strenghtening project per fema p-1100 procedures including the installation of a proprietary "magnitude10" steel brace and associated concrete work in garage floor, bolting (e) building mudsill to (e) foundation at sides and back of house.

Installation of steel moment column in the garage with foundation grade beam and connections to floor framing
