Revision 202202117855 and boa 202403147835- change glass type on north and south facades from tinted to clear low e glass

Revision to bpa# 202303103513: remove the new stair connection north of gird line a from the scope of work. the rest of the project is as proposed per original project.

Revision to special condition permit 202202117855- to comply with boa's decision no 24-001 to include roof as soild as refelect on plans dated 9/21/2022. this permit does not authorize any work until the first addendum of site pa#202202117855 is issued.

Revisions to pa# 202202258702, front yard- replace front steps inkind (terrazzo), porch, and fence; in rear yard- install new outdoor sink, shower, gas fire/ grill, firepit and hot tub.

Addition consists of bay windows over sidewalk. widened garage door, new entry, roof deck on 3rd flr facing rear yard. new firewall @ new stair & deck. new hardscape deck @ rear. new stair connection to rear yard terraces & stairs.

Demolish (e) roof framing, rebuild gable roof 3'-6" higher, add a stair from second floor to new 3rd floor. add four sets of dormers and a roof deck at north. create 725 sf of new habitable floor area.

Revision to bpa# 202110291470. incorporating structural sketches based on existing conditions; foundation cap, stairs support, rear wall ties.

Rev to pa 202110291495: reinforce (e) parapet @ (e) roof deck to accept proposed future glass windscreen per possible future variance approval.

Exterior: replace vinyl windows with wood. front yard landscaping + fence. interior: convert garage to laundry. remove walls in kitchen. remodel basement, 1st fl & partial 2nd fl. remove brick fireplaces.

Remodel interior of 96 caselli ave: remove walls between kitchen, living, dining. remove laundry nook, add toilet to bath, add lav to powder room.

Erect 1 story type 5 greenhouse/ceramic studio in rear yard

Replace extg 8' fence with 10' fence. remodel extg roof deck over garage. add a grill, refridgerator, heat lamps, fire pit.

Remodel 2nd level unit. work includes: 1. remove non-struct. partition dividing kitchen & dining 2. add wall to create room. 3. replace gas fireplace w. direct vent gas insert. 4. replace windows at back in kind. 5. replace 3 curved panes at front. 6. replace front door glass.

Rev to pa# 201907176106: fence replacement & voluntary strengthing, project consist of a modification to the work previously permitted pa# 201907176106 ,but not yet completed, modifications include new voluntary strengthing and adding shetting to walls, new shear wall & footing, replace (e) fence,
