Erect new 1-story type vb detached adu in rear yard.

Addition of a new adu on the 1st fl in acordance with govement code section 6582.2 construction of anew laundry room on the 2nd floor.construction of a 2nd floor deck to access to the rear yard.

Add new media room on 1/f. 2)install barsink in both new media room and (e) family room on 1/f. 3)remodel 2/f bathroom. 4)add a bedroom separation wall on 2/f of (e) rear addition.

Comply with nov 202431394 legalize (e) rear wood landings & stairs; legalize (e) rear sliding door @ 2nd fl. add firewall at property line next to staircase.

Interior reno for 1st & 2nd fl. 1st fl - relocate bathrm, bedrm & laundry; infill internal stiar connects to 2nd fl; 2nd fl - convert bedrm #1 into suite access to new deck @ rear yard. convert part of bedrm #2, relocate bathrm & powder room into office & bathroom. convert bedrm #3 into dining

In response to dbi complaint 202425913. add new bathroom and remodel existing kitchen at 2/f. reconfigure existing bathroom at 3/f. no exterior work.

Interior remodeling. replace (e) windows per plan. reconfigure rear stair access to the backyard on the mainfloor.

In respose to 2022-011286enf enforcement by planning dept. to legalize unauthorized dwelling unit at 1st fl. legalize unpermitted structure due to removal of the (e) beam and post on the 1st fl. front facade remain no change.

Interior renovation reconfigure interior layout and add 1 bedroom on 1st floor; re-configure interior layout. eliminate 1 bedroom to create 1 master suite. relocated interior stairs and extend kitchen. add 3 skylights. add trellis at rear yard

Rev to pa# 201805048220; install hydrolic heathing system to replace gas furnance, no other work scope.

1st fl: convert existing office room to new bedroom. relocate bathroom and closet. 2nd fl: remove the non-bearing wall between kitchen & dining area. add new tube skylight. relocate the toilet and add new window at lightwell location.

Ground floor remodel only: add 1 new full bathroom, one bedroom and play room. relocate the (e) washer/dryer & laundry sink

1st floor remodel only: add (n) exercise room. ocnvert (e) storage to (n) home office room. add (n) half bath. elarge (e) two windows @ rear side. add (n) laundry sink @ (e) laundry room. replace (e) storage water heaters to (n) gas tankless water heaters.

2nd fl. kitchen remodel, no exterior work.

Add new full bathroom @ ground floor.

Revision to pa #201411131351: eliminate window in (n) master bedrm on 2nd flr @ front & right elevation. change 2 skylights in (e) bedroom on 2nd flrto frosted glass skylights. no structural change. other details no change follow approved plan.
