Revision to pa 202302172212 new wood framed stair from approved 2nd fl deck to approved 1st floor deck

Kitchen & bath remodel, turn 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath to a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, new laundry room, update all power/lighting per plan. no exterior work.

Within the extg envelope, 1/f- new office, family room, bath, laundry and insulate the garage space; 2/f- kitchen and bath remodel, new windows and doors on the rear of property, remove exterior stair to grade, new interior stair to 1st story, no work on 3/f. new rear deck on grade less than 30".

First floor: rear yard deck addition second floor: add deck and stair. in-fill existing door. third floor: convert porch on third floor to enclosed conditioned space. roof: extend roof above new enclosed conditioned space below.

New deck at 3rd fl (horizontal addition). new door and clerestory window at bedroom 3.

Revision to 202209273212 add roof deck to roof over kitchen. new door from bedroom 2 to proposed roof deck. new storage room on 1st fl to replace homework station.

Replace structural foundation on 1/f. convert portion of (e) garage to conditioned space. replace rear yard stairs to 2/f with 2/f deck within rear yard setback. bath and kitchen interior remodel. add interior stairs from 1/f to 2/f. no addition.

Unit #837: remodel (e) kitchen & bathroom. add half bathroom. add laundry at pantry.

Front building: add wet bar. remodel bathroom in-kind. 944f sleeping room in front building under 2 units.

Convert existing closet to a new half bath. remodel exising bathroom under permit 202109148419. not moving any walls. lighting to comply with cec 150.0(k). replace countertop and backsplash in the existing kitchen. all non-structural.

Kitchen remodel: replace plumbing fixtures and appliances in (e) locations and move range to north wall. new cabinets counters, tile, flooring. replace 3 windows in-kind (glazing). replacement windows to match in-kind material operation.

Unit #5: renovating kitchen, laundry and bath, addition of 1 full bathroom anbd conversion of kitchen to office/den. no work at exterior walls, all (e) windows to remain except one which is a reducation of glazing, window opening will not change.

Apt 4: renovate kitchen, laundry and bath. addition of 1 full bathroom and conversion of dining room to bedroom.

Unit 5 on 1st floor - kitchen and bathroom remodel, remove back fireplace, add concrete footing, add header.

Cut concrete to allow for 3 new 1 hr rated windows. provide pressure treated joists & wood finish on the floor. provide new outlets and lights, with a sub panel in the renovated shared laundry space. new windo and door at the entry to replace (e). new hvac system to provide better ventelation

(rear bldg) pull up existing trex decking replace all waterproofing on concrete storage (deck 1 & 2).
